Our porchetta is made with Natural Canadian pork bellies. We lightly cure and marinate these bellies for three days before roasted them to crispy skinned perfection for you. We serve it with Mia Tavola salsa verde with has lots of salty capers, briny olive and garlic to cut through the richness of the porchetta. This is a decadent addition to any holiday table.
