One half of Mia Tavola, Chef Nick is the heart behind our family business today. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he came from a family of chefs.
Chef Nick's exposure to Italian cooking and traditions in his family kitchen has fuelled his love and passion for food. After graduating from culinary school, he has spent over 16 years in the New York restaurant scene, and has worked in some of the top restaurants and hotels in the city. With recipes that were passed down from generation to generation, Chef Nick hopes to bring Italian-American spirit to Singapore.
