An Italian-American creation that pairs tomato, cream and chilli to make a really wonderful (and spicy) accompaniment with our pasta.
Arrabiatta (V)
Made from Italian tomatoes, garlic and chilis, our Arrabbiatta is fiery packs a punch. A must try for any spice lovers!
Alfredo (V)
Rich and velvety, made with butter. Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano.
Bolognese
Traditional sauce made with beef, soffritto, tomatoes and fresh milk.
